With the approval of the Ministry of Education, Shandong First Medical University and Universita degli Studi della Campagna “Luigi Vanvitelli” cooperate in running the Joint-educational Program on Bachelor of Nursing from 2022.

Training mode of the program

This program adopts a “3+1” mode of joint cultivation (i.e. three years in China+one year abroad), with the two universities jointly designing teaching plans and introducing high-quality core courses and excellent teachers from Universita degli Studi della Campagna “Luigi Vanvitelli” to teach together. After completing the first three years of study at Shandong First Medical University, students will be able to enter Universita degli Studi della Campagna “Luigi Vanvitelli” in Italy for their final year of study. Students who meet the graduation conditions will eventually obtain the bachelor’s degree certificate of Nursing issued by both Universita degli Studi della Campagna “Luigi Vanvitelli” and Shandong First Medical University, as well as the undergraduate graduation certificate from Shandong First Medical University. Students who do not enter Universita degli Studi della Campagna “Luigi Vanvitelli” will continue to study in Shandong First Medical University for the last year. Students will obtain the bachelor’s degree certificate and undergraduate graduation certificate issued by Shandong First Medical University if they meet the graduation conditions and degree awarding requirements of Shandong First Medical University.
