Recently, the Department of Education of Shandong Province announced the list of 2025 Shandong Provincial Distinguished Teachers of Higher Education. Three outstanding faculty members recommended by the University & Academy, namely Jinming Yu, Hua Gao, and Lemin He, have been successfully selected for this prestigious honor.

Organized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, the program identifies and recognizes distinguished educators with exceptional professional ethics, superb academic expertise, remarkable teaching achievements, and strong exemplary influence across the province’s higher education sector, setting high benchmarks for teaching excellence and educational practice.

In recent years, the University & Academy has attached great importance to the construction of the teaching staff, vigorously promoted the educator’s spirit, and continuously improved the cultivation system for famous teachers. It has revised and issued the Implementation Plan for Distinguished Teachers and Teaching Teams Construction,launched university-level training programs for distinguished teachers, established platforms for teaching exchange and professional growth, supported faculty in pedagogical research and innovative practice, expanded career development pathways, and built a high-caliber, professional teaching workforce.

Building on this recognition, the University & Academy will further leverage the exemplary and leading role of its distinguished teachers, inspire more faculty to engage in teaching reform and innovation, continuously elevate the quality of talent development, and make greater contributions to advancing the construction of a Double First-Class university.
